1. Increasing access to justice through high Sharia and legal education system;

2. Providing the fields of academic research in the field of Sharia sciences for the improvement of Sharia knowledge;

3. Creating an academic atmosphere in which discussion and exchange of opinions, critical questions and constructive criticism be acceptable;

4. Educate the students as moderate, responsible and critical citizens, with the necessary capacity and ideas based on the holy religion of Islam and social commitment.

5. Implementing academic research in Shari’a and legal fields so that, on the one side, the research in this field will progress and on the other hand, the religious and meet legal needs of the society;

6. Educate academician  and administrative staff of higher education through providing higher education opportunities, short courses, reciprocal visits and creating a culture of continuous learning;

7. Consolidation of academic relations with other faculties through the implementation of joint academic research, exchange of topics and academic articles;
8. Development curriculum of the faculty, to improve it as much as possible

Proper goals:

The Faculty of Sharia has a special purpose and goals, which is to train knowledgeable, expert and housemaid staff for the people and society.

Trained staff by Sharia faculty are engaged in the justice, judicial and education system of the country and they actually work for local, regional, national and social development and fulfill the mission of the faculty as much as possible.

It is expected that the graduates of different fields of the faculty will achieve the following goals:

1. Accurate understanding of the high concepts of Islamic Sharia and the written laws of the country;

2. Using the theoretical and practical experiences gained in improving teaching in schools and higher education institutions of the country;

3. Using the theoretical and practical experiences gained in improving the justice and judicial system of the country;

4. Acquiring the ability to analyze and investigate various cases in the light of Islamic Sharia and the applicable laws of the country;

5. acquiring the ability to analyze interpret issues in Islamic Sharia correctly and analyze and interpret reasonable legal texts
6. Acquiring practical skills in the field of judiciary and attorney;

7. Acquiring skills for the preparing of new laws.
